Youth Ministry at Restoration

Building Friendships, Growing in Christ

Students are an essential part of God's story and the life of His Church. Our Youth Ministry is a place where 6th–12th graders can belong, grow, and genuinely have fun. We share good food, laugh a lot, ask honest questions, and dig into God's Word together.

Youth Ministry at Restoration

The Youth Ministry at RSC exists to disciple students within the life of the local church. Our aim is not to create a separate youth culture, but to walk alongside students as they build meaningful relationships with peers, grow in their walk with Jesus, and live as active members of Christ’s body. Our prayer is that our students graduate grounded in the gospel, connected to the church, and equipped to serve Christ faithfully wherever they go.

Biblical Teaching

God’s Word is at the center of everything we do. We faithfully teach Scripture to help students develop a gospel-centered biblical worldview, connecting God’s truth to every part of life.

Relational Discipleship

We believe God shapes us most through meaningful relationships. We seek to know students personally through consistent presence and help them grow in a gospel-centered community where they are truly known and cared for.

Parental Support

We view parents as the primary disciplers of their children. As we care for students, we intentionally encourage and equip parents, working together to support the spiritual growth of their students within the life of the church.

As the Co-Director of Youth Ministries, Lily Bridges serves the middle and high school students of Restoration. A Chattanooga native and Covenant grad (with a degree in sociology and a concentration in social work), she loves hanging out with friends and spending time with her husband Ben. Lily's also a morning person and is passionate in her opinion that we should remain in daylight savings time! Favorite Restaurant: Wooden City

Brad is the Director of Student and Family Ministry, where he serves to disciple students, support parents, and integrate young people into the life of the church. He has worked in various youth ministry roles for over 10 years, and has a heart to see students treasure Jesus and love others. His hobbies include various outdoor activities, gaming with friends, and listening to audiobooks. Brad and his wife, Kim, have a son, Hunt.
