CURRENTLY BOOKING FOR 2024 & BEYOND.

We are excited you are here! The goal for our church building is to provide a WELCOMING atmosphere for our church staff, congregation, guests, mission partners, and community! Book our space to celebrate your wedding, birthday, anniversary, mission work, corporate event, or holiday celebration! 

Please read over these non-negotiables before submitting your Facility Request Form:

  • No activities or advocacy may take place within our buildings or grounds that conflict with the practices of the congregation and the denomination as found in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) Book of Church Order, the Westminster Confession of Faith, and the Bible.

  • No satanic worship or rituals, hate group gatherings,  illegal drugs, or illicit activities are allowed on RSC property.

  • RSC reserves the right to refuse rental services that conflict with the practices of the congregation and the denomination as found in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) Book of Church Order, the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Bible.

  • We expect the property to be treated with respect, and we reserve the right to end or cancel any event that violates the rules of this policy, the event agreement, and any attached documents or instructions sent by any source of communication.

  • No events can be scheduled for Sundays and Wednesdays, unless part of RSC’s calendar.

  • Security, Cleaning, and Set up/Break down will be included in the renter’s fee. Security will not be scheduled unless the event extends beyond 6pm in the evening. If Security is needed during day events, please inform the Events Coordinator in the “Notes” section of the Form.

  • All events will require a rental payment. At least 50% of the rental fee must be received in order to save the date of the rental period.

  • Alcohol is allowed at Restoration Southside Church. All non-RSC events will need a qualified bartender with a Liquor license. Violation of liquor laws will not be tolerated.

  • RSC does not provide services to flip an event space during an event. Those services must be acquired elsewhere.

  • We are no longer renting out Stratton Hall (with the exception of RSC Member weddings), Stratton Hall patio, nor are we renting out the Suite for overnight stays. 

  • We do not accept bookings within 90 days / 3 months for public events. If you are an RSC Member or Mission Partner, you will be required to submit your request prior to 60 days / 2 months of your desired event date. 

  • You will be required to pay at least 50% of the rental fee to save the date of your event. 

Please Note: RSC reserves the right to conduct maintenance or renovations to the facility at any time. Significant changes to the event space will be communicated to the renter by the Events Coordinator. 

FACILITY REQUEST FORM

We ask that ALL rental inquiries submit a Facility Request Form (linked below). This form will be submitted to the Events Coordinator and Church Administrator and will be responded to within 3-5 business days. Submittal of the Facility Request Form does not guarantee the event space will be booked for your event. You will be required to read through our Rules and Regulations document at the end of this form. 

Priority Facility Use:

  1. RSC Events

  2. RSC Members / Regular Attenders* (parties under 50) and Mission Partners* - must book at least 30 days / 1 month from desired event date.

  3. RSC Members / Regular Attenders (parties over 50), Non-Profits & PCA Companies, and Public Persons (parties under 50) - must book at least 60 days / 2 months from desired event date. 

  4. Public Persons (parties over 50) and Corporations - must book at least 90 days / 3 months from desired event date.

*Regular Attenders = guests of RSC that have been attending services for 6 consecutive months or more.

* Mission Partners = non-profit organizations with a direct relationship to RSC and are considered by RSC staff as a Mission Partner.
